Blends also happen to be the rarest to find til later in the game, I've only see them reliably drop from Gargoyles in ToWW. =/
I have about 100 of everything else, though, 200 Links and Activates. Although you probably don't need Links, because just about every bloody mob in the game drops 'em. =p
Also, in case you were curious which rune you need:
Cooking --> Activate
Alchemy --> Blend
Tailoring --> Disenchant
Blacksmithing --> Frost
Armor Crafting --> Purify.
Ask around, someone in the guild will be bound to have what you need (but we'll be scrounging around if it's Blend! lol)
